Time keeps on slip slip slippin away..

Haven’t been updating the ole site much over the last couple weeks. Working 9-5 seems to seep away so much of time, and I still get into the occasional game, which eats the rest. Currently ive been playing Age of Conan.
I’ve also been playing a new game, called Home Theater Addiction. Its where evil demons try to get you to spend all your money on things that have lots of bright standby lights and piano black finishes. To win all you have to do is not be a retard. Here is how much I suck at this game:
Recent Items purchased:
TH-50PZ800A Panasonic Plasma TV - $3000
PlayStation 3 (for bluray) - $600
Foxtell IQ2 Box - $200
Foxtell IQ2 moved into lounge room - $125 (bullshit yes?)
Foxtell Ongoing - $80 per month
Denon AVR 1909 - $1200
2x Mirage Omnisat Floor standing speakers - $500 each.
Mirage Omni S8 Subwoofer - $300
Even though I saved a good 2000 dollars off all that (the floor standers retail for 1k each normally) it still kinda hurts. But then i just stick a really sexy action packed bluray movie on and close the shutters and it all feels well worth it again (transformers and dark knight are both great BDs btw).
Also, I even have a long and horrible list of more shit to get:
Rear speakers from the Omnisat version 2 range, up to 4 of them - $300 each.
A center Ominsat - $500 approx. (not sure, really. but that would be a minimum amount id think.)
A Harmony One remote - $200
A media PC and/or a NAS box - (Cost is too variable, but $1000 would be a basic minimum, unless I scrape the hell out of my random PC parts).
Entertainment Unit to stick all this shit in - $500 approx. from what I have seen.
Comfortable chairs/couch - $2000 i expect (fucking hell furniture is expensive).

My new CSS looks quite decent and i’ve setup most of the features that i wanted to: http://www.vorpalsilence.com/
The database is moving right along at a steady pace. I’ve got good search code and good CSS formatted output here : http://www.vorpalsilence.com/filmcollection.php
I’ve got a nice, detailed, entry script here (password protected for obvious reasons so the link below is essentially wasted space.) : http://www.vorpalsilence.com/securearea/filmentryform.php
There are still some things to do, I want to add the output selector as shown here ( http://www.vorpalsilence.com/devdroppage.php ) into the search function. This will take some actual time to work out and decide exactly what part of the logic i should alter for this, i’ve been some what busy so i haven’t got to it yet.
The only other things to do are alter the index page of the main site to include these blog posts and then customize the look of the forum (if i even want to keep it) and decide what if anything I want to do with that gallery install. Oh, and also I still need to add the hundreds of movies into the database so the thing will actually be somewhat useful…. thats going to take awhile….
Bit more interesting hey?

Ive now got an entry form (god dam adding drop down box input that would insert into the mysql DB via $_POST was hard to figure out hehe, but oh-so simple once i got it).
Ive got a very simple output form.
I still need a simple search function and i’m thinking of adding in a booking function, (might use Google calendars for that one hehe).
